Child and Women Care Society :

Child & Women Care Society plans to implement its dream project of educating under-privileged children with the assistance of Private Individual Sponsors. The Child & Women Care Society [CWCS] wishes to involve over 630 Out of School children (Between the age group of 5-9 years) preparing them for potential entry into the formal education system and retention of vulnerable children within the existing framework by providing them remedial support services. Education is a basic right of every child. This Project will help the children to be self-reliant and prepare themselves for a bright future. The urban deprived children of NCR Delhi and its suburbs are lacking some of the basic rights even today out of which education is most important.

Sargam Education and Welfare Society (SES) was formed by committed peace loving activists from various profession from Haryana. We have implemented different types of activities catering to the needy and poorer sections who are socially and economically disadvantaged, particularly women and children. SES was started moved by the pathetic conditions of girls and women who have been subjected to the worst form of social and economic exploitation. Majority of the Governing Body members are women who hail from open minded families who have allowed space for girls/women.

SAKSHI Centre for Information, Education & Communication:

Sakshi's work is concentrated in the fields of Education, Health and Community Development which we believe are the areas of greatest need and deserve to be the focus of our attention. We believe the three are inter-related fields and together the only way to make a sustainable and impactful difference in the beneficiary population.

We work for the upliftment of the poor and destitute by helping them achieve socio-economic independence, self-sustainability and health. We do everything from providing educational and health services to the needy, mainstreaming marginalized street children, making low-literate youth employable and empowering women. We help those in need with full respect, love and commitment, with the aim to not deliver charity but to empower them to better their own lot.

ASTHA SANSTHAN :
We Have Faith In The People

Astha is a Hindi word, and means “Faith”. We have Faith in the people, in their abilities, strengths and knowledge. Astha believes that these capabilities are being suppressed by the dominant forces, and the result is that people themselves don’t recognize their inherent capabilities. With this “deep faith” and “conviction” in the strength of the people and their capacities, Astha was formed in 1986 and was registered as a Society, under Society Registration Act.

ALL INDIA WOMEN EDUCATION FUND ASSOCIATION:

In 1929 a group of visionary women including Rajkumari Amrit Kaur, Sarojini Naidu,Aruna Asaf Ali and Lady Dorothy Irwin instituted the - All India Women’s Education Fund Association with the objective of putting power into the hands of women.
The All India Women’s Education Fund Association(AIWEFA) was set up to advance the education of Indian women since this issue was recognised as the catalytic agent for social change. The establishment of Lady Irwin College in 1932 reflected this all-India need to promote the education of women and girls. By 1950, the College was recognised by Delhi University and for nearly seven decades AIWEFA focused largely on the management and expansion of facilities at the College.
We emerged from this introspection, stronger in our belief that while education continues to remain a core issue, its new dimensions now include legal awareness and information technology.Health, nutrition and economic independence are the basic keys empowering women.
